Three (3) month Rate from Jan. > March is $2,620.
Four (4) month Rate (Dec. > Mar., or Jan. > Apr.) is $3,320.
Six (6) month Rate (Nov. > Apr.) is $4,000. Storage rates are available.
All Rates include sewer - Dailies & Weeklies include water & electric.
Monthly (or longer) rentals will have additional electric fees added, plus $20/mo. water..
River sites please add $5 per day, or $100 per month.
Daily & Weekly rates are reduced via Good Sam and AARP memberships.

Deposit of $100 required for stays of a week, or longer.
Discover, Visa & Mastercard accepted.
Rent begins on the 1st date reserved, regardless of actual arrival.
NO REFUNDS of Deposit due to cancellation or early departure.
All guests must register at the office.
